📋 Rental Application Process

Step 1: Find Your Home

Browse our listings and schedule a tour to visit the property.

Step 2: Submit an Application

Each applicant must complete a rental application and provide:
✅ Proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns)
✅ Credit and background check authorization
✅ Rental history and references
✅ Government-issued ID

Step 3: Lease Signing & Move-In

Once approved, you’ll sign a lease agreement, submit the security deposit, and schedule your move-in date.
